The FerskenED Mastermind group drives each member toward student success, parent satisfaction, and business acceleration.
There are several reasons to join a mastermind that have been reviewed ad nauseam on blogs, posts, and podcasts. Since this is a very niche mastermind, there are several key factors for educators and business people a like to consider:



Our Ratio of Members

We have a 70/30 split of members where 70% are education businesses ranging from products to services from kindergarten age students up to college. We then have another 30% of our membership who are running private schools. What does this mean for member? You get direct access to school leaders and owners (especially microschools) for feedback and guidance for your product or service as well as a group of business leaders who know the education space like the back of their hand.


The Guest Speakers

Our mastermind includes guest speakers hand selected to make the biggest impact on our members exactly where they are in their business journeys. Some mastermind try to solve every businesses problems, but we know that new, education industry business owners face unique challenges that we try to offer up solutions to as they are arriving at those crossroads real time. We bring in guests like bookkeepers, small business lawyers, marketing professionals, multi-location entrepreneurs, and more. We then prep each guest speaker to a very specific topic that is applicable to our members and their unique businesses.


The Feedback Loop

Members of the FerskenED Edupreneur Mastermind are provided with feedback mechanisms and discussion topics frequently where we listen to what is happening in the field and then building future sessions around those needs. Additionally, we offer opportunities for members to bring their individual problems and issues to the group to think through possible solutions--ultimately leveraging decades of experience on a single business question with options from multiple backgrounds and vantage points.


The Growth Mindset

Each of our members has joined our mastermind not to find a group of friends they can chat with during the week, but instead to level up their business and accelerate their growth exponentially. Our members are not interested in 25% growth year-over-year, they are interested in multiples of growth in as short a time-period as possible.
